Viki Lander founded Ensoul following her own personal experience over the last 20 years of designing and developing properties across London, from residential spaces to complete refurbishments of commercial premises.

The lack of client focus, attention to detail and synergy experienced from several architects and contractors along this journey has inspired Viki to offer a wholly fresh approach to renovations. One that is underpinned by her passion and skill for creating beautiful and intelligent homes and the best talent she has partnered with along the way.

Viki specialises in creating unique spaces that are customised and connected to the lifestyle, personality and taste of the people living there. She creates and sets the look of the property and is responsible for the creative execution throughout the entire renovation process.

To achieve this, she has wide ranging experience in sourcing and buying unique architectural and interior fixtures, fittings and soft furnishings, and has built close relationships with thousands of suppliers around the world, large and small.

At the age of 26, Viki set up her own design and marketing agency which she built into a successful business working for brands including Oyster Card, Credit Suisse, Avaya and EPSON. She brings all of her commercial and agency experience to Ensoul to offer clients the highest levels of creativity and customer service.
