He brings, over 25 years professional services experience, where he has been responsible for the delivery of £multi-million projects for corporates including KPMG, Credit Suisse and Barclays Bank. This included designing and implementing a brand new project management methodology for a leading bank's 15,000+ IT personnel to follow on every project globally.

Mike’s ability to manage hundreds of contractors across multiple disciplines allows him to offer residential clients the highest levels of management and client service for the duration of a project. In addition, he has developed a Project Management Methodology & Toolkit specifically for Ensoul's residential projects, incorporating elements from RIBA’s 7 step plan of works; which ensures all of our clients have a rigorous process in place with the highest quality outcomes at reduced risk, on time and on budget.

Mike also boasts a broad knowledge of home technologies and AV systems which allows him to offer Ensoul clients the very latest in luxury home automation systems sourced from around the world. The latest in M&E, media and sound, IP surveillance, fire and smoke systems to name a few applications.
