Creative Concepts
We create a combination of online and physical mood boards, sketches and 3D visuals to show you a proposed look for your home, taking onboard as much direction as you would like to give us.

Detailed Design:

• We create a package of highly detailed technical drawings and specifications required for both tender and build.
• In tandem, we build a list of agreed fixtures and fittings for us to source and cost for your project e.g. architectural glass, kitchen, sanitaryware, tiles, floorings, wall coverings, lighting, ironmongery, doors to name a few.
• Paint and colour schedules are created for the entire project, for ceilings, walls and joinery items.
• AV and security system detailed designs: infrastructure and hardware.
